Chlorinated swimming pool and urinary / kidney infections

How likely is it to get urinary / kidney trouble from swimming in a
chlorinated pool that is NOT well maintained.

Any feedback or resources would be helpful.

The best evidence would be others suffering from a similar ailment who
have been exposed to the same pool. All other things being equal, the
variable in the equation here is exactly what "not well maintained"
means, and the only people qualified to quantify that are your local
Board of Health.
